RN/LN46 TILT Column Cover (ABS 3D Print)

After more than 18 months of design, prototyping, and test fitting across multiple vehicles, these covers have been refined to deliver the best balance of fit, durability, and affordability. Every set is manufactured in-house using high-quality 3D printing and is designed specifically for factory tilt steering columns.

Like many low-volume replacement parts, slight variations between individual vehicles and the 3D printing process mean some minor sanding or trimming may be required during installation to achieve the ideal fit. After extensive testing, we've taken these covers as far as we can while keeping them at an affordable price point. We believe they offer around 95% of the fit and finish of an ideal OEM replacement, without the significant increase in cost that chasing the final few percent would require.

Our goal was simple: provide an affordable replacement for a part that has become increasingly difficult to find while solving a common issue for RN/LN46 Hilux owners. For the price, we're extremely proud of the result and believe these covers offer outstanding value.

What's Included

• Upper steering column cover
• Lower steering column cover
• Assembly bolts to secure the two cover halves together

Please note: Mounting hardware required to attach the completed cover assembly to the steering column is not included.

Finish

Parts are supplied in a raw black 3D-printed finish. Minor surface preparation is recommended prior to priming and painting for the best cosmetic result.

Fitment Notes

Due to manufacturing tolerances between vehicles and the nature of 3D printing, some minor sanding, filing, or trimming may be required during installation. This is considered normal and allows each set to be tailored for the best possible fit to your vehicle.
